Our Product is leading a green movement to reduce emissions in the transportation industry. We have conducted a number of case studies that substantiate large cuts of carbon from reducing fuel consumption on refrigeration trailers. Every gallon of diesel that we can save reduces approximately 21 pounds of carbon from entering our atmosphere!

From our research a very large portion of the trailer market is still wasting fuel and causing unnecessary pollution. Our motto is “Paint it or Park it” TM.

We use several different products to coat the top of these trailers and shipping containers. The savings has been so large we have to keep it a secret until the customer sees the side by side test with their own two eyes.

We have a two-story house. Upstairs has two windows. Ceiling fan but during hot weather it was unbearable. After the painting it felt like you could breathe. Even during the hot weather, it was comfortable up there. The best part is not putting in the window air conditioner. What is an elastomeric paint?This type of paint seems like a rubber coating once it dries. It has the ability to give and take making it perfect for flat roofs on semi-trailers, travel trailers, mobile homes, and commercial or residential homes. It can withstand standing water for prolonged periods. When applied as directed, this product covers minor surface imperfections, protects against driving rain, provides incredible durability and longevity, while offering long lasting protection, as well as offering energy saving in both cold and hot climates Some companies have even used this product to prolong the necessity to replace an expensive flat roof for 5 to 10 years as many of the cracks of an old roof will be filled in by this product.

The roof of a refrigerated truck compartment is of composite construction, consisting of a layer of foamed urethane insulation (t2 = 50 mm, ki = 0.026 W/m ∙ K sandwiched between aluminum alloy panels (11 = 5 mm, kp = 180 W/m ∙ K). The length and width of the roof are L = 10 m and W = 3.5 m, respectively, and the temperature of the inner surface is Ts,i = – 10°C. Consider conditions for which the truck is moving at a speed of V= 105 km/h, the air temperature is T∞ = 32°C, and the solar irradiation is Gs = 750 W/m2.
